Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Technical Design/Development and Code Reviews
- Responsible for architecture liaison design and development of business applications using PRPC V8.x.
- Ensures delivered work meets technical functional performance and business requirements as well as best practices defined by the team/organization/industry.
- Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.x tools and leads development activities in an AgileSCRUM based work environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into design/application builds and guide the development teams
- Performance tuning.
- Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule without compromising the quality.
- Leads and coordinates with cross teams in the project and promotes the use of best practices and tools.
- Build reusable Components and frameworks
- Enterprise Architecture Liaison
- Establishing coding/Design best practices & guidelines
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or Engineering is required or in lieu a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.
Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills:
- 8 years of overall IT experience with 4 years in a technical leadership role.
- 6 years in design and handson development experience in Pega PRPC.
- Pega CSSA / LSA certification is required. Pega V8.x experience is preferred.
- Should have handson experience in developing PRPC / BPM applications.
- Good understanding and experience with integration tools and technologies such as BPM Java and Web services ESB JMS XML ETL in a J2EE environment. Java/J2EE certification is a plus.
- Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD/CT) Micro Services AWS cloudbased development with the right agile mindset is required
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced Oracle/SQL knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills needed.
