Job Description
Title: Pega Lead Business Architect
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Hybrid in Indiana (IN)
Responsibilities:
- Strong functional knowledge/Experience of the domain.
- Minimum 10 Years of experience
Requirement Gathering Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives processes and requirements for Pegabased applications. - Analysis and Documentation Conduct detailed analysis of business processes document functional requirements and create clear specification for Pega application development.
- Collaboration Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers architects and quality assurance to ensure the successful implementation of Pega solutions that meet business needs.
- Pega Solution Design Participate in designing Pega applications by providing insights into the best practices Pega Guardrails and ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Pega technology advancements industry best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of Pega applications.
- Cerified Pega Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Understanding of business process management and workflow methodologies.
