Job Description

As a Pega Lead System Architect you will:
  • Lead the design and architecture of Pegabased solutions ensuring alignment with business and functional requirements.
  • Develop highquality maintainable and performant Pega applications.
  • Define solution processes and business/functional requirements to meet project needs.
  • Guide the team through the implementation process from design to deployment.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance to teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega architecture design and coding.
  • Manage system integration requirements across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to translate business needs into Pega solutions.
  • Work closely with other architects to define and integrate proposed capabilities into the overall solution architecture.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 10 years of experience developing largescale technical architectures.
  • Expertise in Pega PRPC including process flows activities harnesses sections decision tables data transforms and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Java and developing multitier applications using Java Tomcat and WebLogic servers.
  • Experience with web services such as SOAP WSDL and XML.
  • Proven leadership in guiding technical teams through project completion.
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in Pega architecture design and coding.
  • Certification as a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with business analysts architects and stakeholders.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Lead technical teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
  • Define and implement scalable maintainable Pega architectures.
  • Translate complex business requirements into Pegabased solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions with other systems.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align solution outcomes with business goals.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and deployment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Pega features tools and industry trends.
