  • The Salesforce Tech Lead will oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce projects ensuring the delivery of highquality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • This role involves leading a team of developers collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical guidance and expertise.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development architecture and integration as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial industry and knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) are required.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and security model.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services.
  • Experience in the financial industry is required.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce features such as Omni Studio Scheduler Einstein Activity Capture managed package solutions security and Experience Sites.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability security and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and architecture diagrams.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements to existing processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.

  • The Copado DevOps Lead will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Copado implementation overseeing DevOps pipelines and handling all aspects related to Copado.
  • This role includes assisting the team with any Copadorelated issues staying updated on innovations in Salesforce DevOps and managing Copado upgrades.
  • Additionally the Copado DevOps Lead will fulfill release management duties.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining Copado implementations.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

  • Manage and execute Copado upgrades ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Fulfill release management duties coordinating and managing the release process to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Copado processes and best practices.

Skill: nCino Admin

  • The nCino Administrator is responsible for the administration configuration and support of the nCino platform within our organization.
  • This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs and enhances productivity.
  • Experience with nCino implementations and customizations.
  • nCino 201 or 301 certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration tools.

Experience Required:

  • Certified nCino or Salesforce Administrator preferred.
  • Solid experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes.
  • Indepth knowledge of the commercial lending business process including loan origination underwriting and servicing.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the nCino Commercial Lending platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve business processes.
  • Perform system maintenance including security reviews and health checks.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports dashboards and workflows.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
  • Manage data integrity and quality within the nCino platform.
  • Assist in the integration of thirdparty applications with nCino.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes policies and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest nCino features and best practices through training and webinars.
