We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling Commerce OMS Technical Lead to oversee and deliver Order Management System (OMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Sterling version 10.0 with a strong focus on the inventory module and Javabased customizations. This role involves leading technical design development and implementation of OMS solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
- Work extensively with version 10.0 and the inventory module to deliver optimized solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom components using Java.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and crossfunctional teams to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews ensure adherence to best practices and maintain highquality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OMSrelated technical issues efficiently.
- Guide and mentor team members ensuring skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in IBM Sterling OMS (version 10.0 preferred).
- Strong expertise in the OMS inventory module.
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of OMS integration with other systems and APIs.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
