Job Description
Open Position: Sales Manager (Reputable Freight Forwarding Company)
A reputable freight forwarding company is hiring for Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
- Good experience working as Sales Manager with a good understanding of the current logistic industry in Malaysia with over 6 years working experience.
- Developing new accounts and creating own marketing strategies to meet sales target.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Ability to ensure timely deliverance of assignment or projects assigned.
- Managing recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin languages would be an added advantage.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Good knowledge in air freight & sea freight selling process.
Experience managing sales team more than 3 people.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Salary Medical Allowance Other Allowances High Performance commission
Monday to Friday working time.
