- Spearhead outreach campaigns to reengage a database of 3500 previous customers encouraging early renewal of essential testing services
- Introduce and eloquently explain innovative new services including complimentary teacher consultations and stateoftheart adaptive practice products
- Act as a knowledgeable resource providing detailed information on exclusive discount codes and valueadded free services to enhance customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the team to schedule and promote an engaging monthly reading program fostering continuous learning and student engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries offering expert support and guidance on homeschool testing and related services
- Utilize CRM systems and phone dialer software to efficiently manage customer interactions and track engagement metrics
