Job Description for Catalog Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the extensive product catalog using CGFloors custombuilt catalog management system
- Accurately input and verify product details including specifications pricing shipping weights and installation methods
- Process complex product information from various sources including PDF price lists
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all product listings
- Collaborate with team members using communication tools like Slack and Zoom
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and system enhancements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of catalog management processes
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
- Strong English language proficiency both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Experience with or willingness to use communication tools like Slack and Zoom
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Basic understanding of ecommerce operations (preferred)
- Experience with product catalogs or inventory management systems (a plus)
Scope:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm Eastern with a 30minute unpaid break
