Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Regional Sales Manager will focus 100% on dealer and consultant channels. This role is crucial for validating a regional market and has the potential to scale and set up a regional indirect sales team to approach different markets. The ideal candidate will act as a Player/Coach a Sales Manager who is actively engaged in personal sales production while also managing and leading a team.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends respond accordingly and collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to review progress on goals weekly sales activities and prospective customer engagement.

Job Duties:
  • Selling advanced AV and Unified Communications solutions to audiovisual integrators who deliver enduser solutions to businesses governments houses of worship and other nonresidential customers.
  • Building and managing a regional indirect sales team while actively engaging in personal sales production.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with dealer and consultant channels.
  • Identifying and pursuing business opportunities by evaluating prospects positions in the industry and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients through exceptional support information and guidance.
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities profit enhancements and service improvements.
  • Actively monitoring market behavior competitive trends and growth opportunities within the region.


Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial audiovisual sales (B2B of Dealer Channel).
  • Experience in Unified Communications and audiovisual technology sales to dealers/integrators.
  • Preferred experience selling large UC and AV solutions including systems like Polycom Cisco Crestron Extron AMX Biamp and ClearOne.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining longterm client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale a regional sales team while achieving personal production goals.
  • Strong ability to close business and secure orders under acceptable company terms and margins.
  • Resultsoriented innovative with exceptional problemsolving and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated integrity character and leadership capabilities.

Great to have: AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents including product specifications, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid driver s license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and/or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
