The Talent Acquisition team are seeking an ambitious TA Specialist to lead an optimal talent experience for candidates and lead members of our TA Coordinator team in the areas of interview scheduling preemployment processing and overall candidate care from initial interviews through the hire process. This Incumbent will not only lead this team but plays a vital handson role delivering similar services to the Recruiting team and client teams as well as work on ad hoc projects including system and process enhancements to advance our operational excellence and candidate experience. This is a strategic role ensuring an overall delightful talent and stakeholder experience with efficient connections for approximately 25000 interviews a year and a team of up to 10 TA Coordinators.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
