Your responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the Quotation and Order Processing departments in the Port Parts Germany division located in Wrzburg with teams in Dsseldorf and Langenhagen
  • Manage the profit and loss statement for the division keeping a close eye on all financial figures.
  • Act as the primary contact person for customers sales partners and internal colleagues handling both operational and strategic matters
  • Lead motivate and develop a crosslocation team with dedication and a forwardthinking approach
  • Coordinate and optimize quotation and order processing while advancing active quotation management in collaboration with the spare parts sales team
  • Analyze metrics create reports and ensure the implementation and monitoring of critical KPIs.
  • Shape the repair portfolio for spare parts alongside the Parts Product Management team
  • Serve as the interface for material master data reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to pricing strategy for product sales
  • Implement strategy plans with your team and expand the product portfolio of Port Parts Germany
     

Your profile:

  • Completed at least a 3year vocational training program e.g. as an Industrial Clerk complemented by further qualifications such as a Business Administrator
  • Several years of experience in a similar role ideally with leadership and P&L responsibility
  • Solid knowledge of international contract law and proficiency with SAP MS Office and CRM systems
  • Clear and confident communicator fluent in German and English both written and spoken
  • Team spirit assertiveness and a strong desire to celebrate shared successes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset responsibility and exceptional analytical and planning skills
  • High level of commitment and willingness to travel occasionally
