You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Field Support Group (FSG) is responsible for the contractor care piece including onboarding contract issuing payments and risk management.
Within the FSG group the TEA Team (Time and Expense Associate Team) was established to provide a specialized customer experience being responsible for contractor payments. This includes collection and processing of timecards auditing and processing invoices for payments managing reconciliations (including over and underpayments) as well as payment corrections.
As a Time and Expense Administrator (TEA) you should be an active participant in the team with the ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance to meet deadlines handle big volumes of data and process the contractors timesheets and invoices accurately. You should establish and maintain working partnerships within a fastpaced environment whilst holding yourself and others accountable. A TEA is comfortable with deadlines and demonstrates a very high attention to detail.
