Responsible for all the HR functions ( Recruitment - Performance - Personnel - Payroll - OD ).
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Creates Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.
Supervises the recruitment and interviewing of candidates, ensuring on-boarded candidates have successfully passed all interviews and accordingly prepares all the contracts for new hires and agrees the details with them.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring
Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
Update job posts.
Following up on attendance records.
Developing and maintain a filing system.
Maintaining and organizing employees' files.
Updating employees databases manually and on the HR system.
Data entry for all important records.
Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
Update recruitment database.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Preparing any purchasing order as required and taking approvals.
Preparing Expenses Reports as required.
Maintaining the office calendar.
Following up on office boys schedules and daily tasks.
Following up on drivers daily duties.
maintaining records of company property and equipment: cars, mobiles, tablets and business lines (in coordination with the concerned departments).
Following up with receptionists on common tasks.
Sending E-mails and conducting phone calls as required.
Updating the KPI’s and HR reports
Job Requirements
Diploma in HR.
Previous Admin or HR assistant experience.
Excellent Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent time management skills.
Attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
