Job Description

Key Activities:

  • Techno Commercial Support for India Sales.
  • Need to support the Sales on their Enquiries Preparing the Costing Pricing for all the JC Products in line with DoA and Support to be extended on the Large Install base Pricing as required by the Business. Ensure the C4C Quotes are submitted to Sales as per KPI.
  • Weekly update the Pre Order updates as required for the Presentation.
  • Creation of Pricing in the Pricefx Tool Price List Creation Maintaining the Contract Prices along with the Business Cases approval as per DoA.
  • Maintaining the Customer Master Amendment Credit Management for all the Existing and New Customers thru MDM & SAP as per DoA.
  • Order Booking in SAP Ensure Error free Orders booked followed by the Contract Review Ensure the Correct GPN Qty Unit Prices Submission of the OA as per KPI.
  • Monthly review on the Negative Margin Analysis from the Sales.
  • Collaboration with the Internal Stake Holders to Execute the Pre & Post Orders.
  • Ensure the Customer Complaints and Rejections are to be closed as per KPI.
  • Ensuring the high level of coordination with Sales & Finance on the Open Debtors till its closed as per KPI.
  • Support the Team and Management as on Business requirement

Key Accountabilities:

  • 100% Compliance to processes & procedures laid down by organization e.g. Pricing DoA C4C MDM iproject SAP etc.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and implement important initiatives.
  • Contribute to safety measures and company policies.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Quick Learner with sound technical and analytical skills.
  • Good in understanding and reading drawing Pricing Costing capabilities.
  • Liaise with respective Stake holder and Sales offices.
  • Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S.

Responsibilities:

  • Extended Hour Working if required
  • Able to establish work life balance without impacting objectives.
  • Learn the product and plan selfworkload & activities.
  • Handle the Task under Pressure.
  • Support the Teammates as required.

   Key Metrics:

  • On Time Submission of C4C Quotes and Order Booking as per KPI and communicate in advance if there are any roadblocks.
  • Total Accountable and responsible for the Pre & Post Order activities.
  • No Errors in Pre & Post Order.

Qualifications :

Skills and Experience:

Experience

  • BE/Diploma with minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support/Costing in manufacturing Sector.
