Job Description
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various remote sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates including online job boards social media platforms and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments through virtual resume reviews phone screenings and video interviews to evaluate qualifications skills and fit for client roles.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the endtoend remote recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates clients and internal stakeholders via email phone and video conferencing to provide updates gather feedback and facilitate the recruitment process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within a remote or virtual environment.
- Fluency in English is a must with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of remote recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual environment managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in remote recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality remote recruitment solutions and exceeding client expectations.
