We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our clients team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing strategies executing test plans and analyzing test results to ensure optimal application performance. You will work closely with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate on performance optimizations.

Key responsibilities:

• Performance Testing Strategy: Design implement and continuously enhance performance testing strategies and solutions to ensure that applications meet performance expectations.
• Test Plan Development & Execution: Work with development teams to develop comprehensive performance test plans scenarios and scripts and execute tests as part of the application development and adoption process.
• Analyze Results & Identify Bottlenecks: Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance application scalability and reliability.
• Optimization Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize application performance ensuring that performance issues are identified and addressed proactively.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance performance testing methodologies tools and best practices to stay aligned with industry trends.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance test reports to stakeholders highlighting key findings risks and recommended optimizations.
• CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with development QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration of performance testing within the SDLC.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter Gatling LoadRunner or similar tools.
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Java .NET Python and other relevant technologies to support performance testing and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot performance issues and bottlenecks in applications.
• Proven ability to identify and implement performance optimizations improving system scalability and performance.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and present performance test results clearly to stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of industryrelevant experience in performance testing and application optimization.
• A university/college degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education certification and experience.
