Stage Two Video call interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within nursing homes
Care home commissioning experience is advantageous
Great clinical oversight
Possess strong commercial acumen
Excellent communicative skills
Demonstrate excellent leadership
Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
Driving license and own vehicle are required
Location:
The care home is based in StokeonTrent and is commutable from Birmingham Crewe Derby Manchester Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
