Job Description
Are you a talented ServiceNow Developer Lead with expertise in ServiceNow IRM (formerly GRC) Are you ready to take the reins in technical leadership guiding teams to deliver exceptional solutions from the ground up If so we want to hear from you!
Tasks
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Oversee projects from scratch ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements architecture and timelines.
- Drive system improvements and continuously enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ensure quality and compliance with development best practices coding standards and industry guidelines.
- Act as a technical advisor and problemsolver for the team and clients.
Requirements
- Experience: Seniorlevel experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on IRM (Integrated Risk Management) or GRC modules.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in scripting workflows UI customization and integration with other systems.
- Project Experience: Handson experience in delivering projects from the ground up and implementing system improvements.
- Communication Skills: Fluentlevel English for effective collaboration with global teams and clients.
- Remote Work Ready: Ability to work effectively in a fullremote environment.
- Availability: Maximum notice period of 30 days.
