Job Description
Job Title: Robotics Engineer (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data privacy policies procedures and guidelines in compliance with laws such as GDPR CCPA HIPAA or other applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular data privacy risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with legal IT and business teams to ensure all data processing activities comply with relevant privacy laws.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data protection authorities and manage data subject access requests (DSARs).
- Monitor investigate and report data breaches ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on data privacy best practices and responsibilities.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of data processing activities within the organization.
- Evaluate and approve vendor and thirdparty datasharing agreements to ensure compliance with privacy standards.
- Stay uptodate with evolving data protection regulations and advise leadership on necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Law Data Privacy Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree or certifications (e.g. CIPP CIPT CIPM) are highly desirable.
- Experience in data privacy compliance or information security roles.
- Indepth knowledge of global and regional data protection laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA HIPAA).
- Experience in privacy impact assessments data mapping and breach response processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with data privacy technologies and tools (e.g. OneTrust TrustArc).
- Experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management.
- Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
