Job Description

Job Title: Robotics Engineer (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data privacy policies procedures and guidelines in compliance with laws such as GDPR CCPA HIPAA or other applicable regulations.
  • Conduct regular data privacy risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with legal IT and business teams to ensure all data processing activities comply with relevant privacy laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data protection authorities and manage data subject access requests (DSARs).
  • Monitor investigate and report data breaches ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on data privacy best practices and responsibilities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of data processing activities within the organization.
  • Evaluate and approve vendor and thirdparty datasharing agreements to ensure compliance with privacy standards.
  • Stay uptodate with evolving data protection regulations and advise leadership on necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Law Data Privacy Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree or certifications (e.g. CIPP CIPT CIPM) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in data privacy compliance or information security roles.
  • Indepth knowledge of global and regional data protection laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA HIPAA).
  • Experience in privacy impact assessments data mapping and breach response processes.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with data privacy technologies and tools (e.g. OneTrust TrustArc).
  • Experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
