Position: Engineer
Job Description
- Planning for NAMC projects layout and equipment needs go and see to gather current data (benchmarking)
- Make overall process layout and evaluate equipment modification or new equipment needs
- Evaluate multiple options of equipment plans for project KPI while working with a team
- Establish new processes or improvements as needed after experience with existing procedures.
- Able to support & meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
- Provide feedback to facilitate group development
- Identifying critical judgement criteria and providing studies to support decision making with strong consideration of critical path of decision making for project success.
- Technical Degree in Engineering Business Project Management
- Or Work Equivalent in Applicable Field (Automotive Industrial Procurement etc)5Yrs Work Experience
- New Model Body Shop Production Preparation Experience
- Manufacturing Shop Project / Mass Production Experience
- Experience planning equipment cost and budgetary estimations
- Vehicle Structure & Processing Knowledge
- Advanced Engineering Degree
- Project Management experience
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems and investigate related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
