Position: Branch Manager
Location: Raipur (Chattisgarh)
Product: Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: Upto 17 LPA
Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations and drive LAP portfolio growth.
- Lead and mentor a highperforming team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain DSA channels for business sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations effectively.
Qualifications
- Education:graduation OR MBA Prefered
- Experience:Minimun 5 Years of experience Proven track record in LAP team handling and DSA sourcing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
