Job Description
Job Profile: Agency Development Manager
Location: Etawah Allahabad Jhansi Kanpur Varanasi
Salary: CTC upto 4 Lpa
Job Type: FullTime
Experience Minimum 1 years in Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Development: Recruit and manage a team of insurance agents to build and expand the agency business.
- Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales and business growth in the designated regions by implementing sales strategies and training agents.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets for sales and business development.
- Product Knowledge: Ensure agents are wellversed in insurance products and their benefits to effectively sell to potential customers.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership coaching and support to a team of agents guiding them to achieve their sales goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales preferably in Insurance.
- Education: Any Graduate (preferably in Sales/Marketing).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry.
