Profile: Branch Manager Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Chandigarh Punjab
CTC : Up to 15 LPA
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) operations in Chandigarh. The role involves driving business growth managing branch operations and ensuring compliance while leading a highperforming team.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve branch targets by sourcing and managing LAP cases.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
Lead mentor and manage the branch team.
Ensure compliance minimize risks and oversee collections.
Qualifications:
5–10 years of LAP experience including leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of LAP products excellent communication and team management skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance Business or related field.
