Job Description
Lithe Transformation is looking to hire another Agile Coach to join our team of highly skilled and experienced agilists engaged on client transformations. Weve grown our team strength from 4 to 20 over the past 18 months so now is a great time to get on board if the idea of growing with a growing company and helping drive that company to great places interests you.
The work can be varied as can the industries but since our sweetspot is banking/finance you need to have that experience. Also what is vital for us is that you will have worked for a consultancy previously and possess that mindset of supporting clients and responding to their needs. Remeber what the Agile Manifesto says about "embracing change" Youll have to live that! We also need you to be an excellent stakeholder manager and to welcome the opportunity to share your successes with them and also openly address your challenges and struggles.
Currently we have 2 positions available. For one of them you will need an expertise in Jira.
We have made our reputation by supplying excellence and therefore our clients ask a lot from us. That makes our client environments challenging but rewarding.
Were looking to offer around 6570k potentially up to 75k for the Jira position plus contributory pension matched by the company.
Were a diverse company which includes social mobility so we welcome applications from suitablyexperienced candidates from all backgrounds. Unfortunately due to the hybrid onsite requriement of 2 days per week applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the City of London (or be prepared to relocate there). Also we are unfortunately unable to sponsor work permits for this role.
