Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Resourcer (R2R) to support the recruitment process by sourcing talented recruiters. The ideal candidate for this role should excel in identifying screening and engaging potential candidates ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment pipeline. The role involves managing candidate databases supporting the recruitment team and ensuring the timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Source and identify potential recruiters through job boards social media and networking.
- Manage the recruitment process including initial contact interviews and candidate shortlisting.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement outcomes.
- Maintain and update candidate records and the recruitment database.
- Assist with market research and talent pooling for future hiring needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Support administrative tasks related to candidate engagement and recruitment tracking
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec to Rec) or a similar recruitment role.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms including job boards and social media.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Knowledge of recruitment industry trends and best practices.
- Have at least 10000 LinkedIn connections
