Job Description

We are looking for a high performing maintenance manager to join our team. As an owner operated hospitality company we are looking for candidates to take ownership in their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and Ensure Completion of all Work Orders
  

• Review Output of all Work Orders at the End of the Day
  

• Manage Maintenance Techs and Lead all Daily Maintenance Meetings
  

• Critical Understanding of Breezeway/Other Maintenance Operating Software
  

• Create Checklists and Maintaining an up to date set of Cabin Profile.
  

• Manage Vendor Relationships w/ HVAC/Plumbing/Carpenters
  

• Handle all Ordering and Inventory of Cabin Maintenance Items
  

• Handle all Emergency Guest Calls (Either by dispatching or by self)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience w/ Property Management Tool (Breezeway/Resort Cleaning)
  

• Ability to write reports and present Data
  

• College Degree
