About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and live chat in Greek.
- Handle inquiries complaints and product/service questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues promptly ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Adhere to company procedures and collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Greek (written and spoken).
- Good command of English for communication and training purposes.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Customeroriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon Portugal.
