Your Role: Making Customer Journeys Exceptional
As a PolishSpeaking Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in delivering topnotch service and support to customers via phone and email in Polish and English. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing clear friendly and efficient customer support regarding airline products services and the frequent flyer program.
- Resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing and following up on customer processes including informing clients about updates.
- Handling offline tasks such as processing forms emails and tickets.
- Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Escalating critical customer wellbeing issues when required.
- Meeting or exceeding departmental productivity goals.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Training Program: Comprehensive 20day training (8 hours/day) fully compensated (92.80/week).
- Salary options:
- for international candidates: 1040.68 EUR gross/month (includes base salary room allowance Christmas and holiday bonuses and food allowance).
- For locals: 1295 EUR gross/month (includes base salary Christmas and holiday bonuses and food allowance).

Schedule & Location:
- Work Hours: 40 hours/week (8hour shifts) rotational schedule between Monday and Sunday 24/7 coverage.

- Location: Lisbon city center a vibrant and lively hub.
