Chief Growth Manager

In this pivotal role you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to expand the companys market share optimize revenue streams and enhance customer acquisition engagement and retention. As Chief Growth Manager you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help position the company as a market leader in the wealth management space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue. Identify new markets customer segments and product opportunities to achieve longterm growth targets.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Lead the development of marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain HNWIs. Manage customer acquisition funnels lead generation campaigns and referral programs.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong partnerships with financial institutions fintech firms and investment organizations to support business expansion. Collaborate across teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Use data analytics to track growth metrics optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Leverage digital marketing and automation tools to enhance customer acquisition and engagement. Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovative growth practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in growth management business development or a similar role preferably within fintech or wealth management.
- Strong track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership communication and teambuilding skills.
- Experience working with HNWIs or in financial services is a plus.
