You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Description: As a Buyers Agent Associate you will play a crucial role in managing our new lead customer pipeline and delivering the Aussie Homes Buyers Agent value proposition. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Management: Qualify leads based on their readiness to engage a Buyers Agent ensuring they have a loan approval in principle (AIP) or high approval confidence and the necessary deposit size.
Service Alignment: Match customers with the appropriate service offering and the right Buyers Agent to meet their needs.
Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings with Aussie mortgage brokers for customers who do not yet have an AIP.
Contract Management: Submit Customer Contracts through DocuSign for Buyers Agent engagements.
Payment Processing: Handle the initial service fee submission through STRIPE.
Consultation Coordination: Set up initial consultation appointments between the Buyers Agent and the customer(s) establishing the main channel of communication.
Buyers Brief Activation: Activate the Buyers Brief on mobile for customers to log in and complete before their initial consultation.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Property experience in advantageous.
Customerfocused mindset with a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
