Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


Monitoring, following up and reporting on systems performance
Follow-up and escalation of the reporting process
Submitting reports on the problems that occurred
Technically analyze the problems with the concerned parties and write a detailed report on them
Study and measure the needs and behavior of beneficiaries to experience the services provided electronically
Studying the current status of products and limiting areas for improvement
Verify that products apply the principles and standards of user experience
Searching for the best experiences and practices applied at the ministry level and at the local and global levels in improving the beneficiary experience
Preparing a test plan to measure users' experience using different qualitative and quantitative methods, methods and tools, and conducting tests under supervision or self-tests
Preparing principles and standards for improving user experience
Preparing awareness campaigns to introduce digital experience management and raise awareness of the importance of improving the experience and its impact on the beneficiary
Preparing workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders
User Research:
Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
User Personas: Develop detailed user personas based on research data to represent different segments of the target audience and guide design decisions.
User Journeys and Flow: Map out user journeys to visualize the steps users take while interacting with the product, ensuring a smooth and logical progression through tasks.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors’ products and industry trends to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
Information Architecture (IA):
Organize Information: Structure and organize information in a way that makes sense to the user, ensuring that navigation and content are intuitive and easy to find.
Sitemap Design: Create sitemaps to visualize the structure and hierarchy of a product, showing how different pages or sections are linked together.
Taxonomy: Develop effective naming conventions, labels, and categorization to improve content discoverability and user understanding.


Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Fresh or 1+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and software applications
Knowledge of design principles, user experience fundamentals, and web trends
Experience in software development and agile methodology
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Wireframes: Create wireframes to outline the basic layout and structure of pages or screens without detailed design elements. These serve as blueprints for the product.
Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes that simulate user interactions with the product, allowing stakeholders to experience the product before it’s fully developed.
Low-Fidelity to High-Fidelity Designs: Begin with low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, then gradually develop high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs as the product evolves.
Usability Testing:
Test Design Concepts: Conduct usability tests with real users to identify areas of the product that are difficult to use or confusing.
Iterative Improvement: Use feedback from usability tests to make iterative improvements to the design, ensuring the final product meets user expectations.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different design elements or features to determine which option performs better and enhances user experience.
Visual and Interaction Design:
Design Interface Elements: Work on designing buttons, icons, typography, and other interface elements to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with the brand.
Interaction Design: Focus on how users interact with the product, designing intuitive interactions such as transitions, animations, and micro-interactions.
