Our Client is a subsidiary of a Japanese corporation that has businesses in various fields such as industrial gas energy agriculture and health. They use green technology to harvest water from the humidity in the air and purify it with ozone. They also provides solutions for water scarcity and environmental issues

Job Description:
1. Troubleshooting of a continuous process plant
2.Analytical approach and carrying out the analysis of plant parameter & machine parameters
3.Knowledge on Compressors Turbines Pumps etc
Responsible for running the plant in shifts and maintaining & monitoring the plant parameters on continuos basis.
Achieving the agreed production targets and involves in process related trouble shooting.
Prepare the daily MIS and production confirmation on the basis of production.
Take charge as a site controller as shift incharge (after office hours).
Achieve maximum output by monitoring of machine efficiencies and plant performance through various available tools to take corrective action in consultation with / Manager Production / Plant Manager / or respective maintenance in charge.
Start up and shutdown of plant.
Carrying out day to day maintenance and coordinating with maintenance team to ensure working of the machines.
Understanding of plant P&ID involved in turbine thawing cryo pumps thawing and plant thawing
