Job Profile
Practical knowledge of precast concrete technology
Practical knowledge of concrete and it's test
Practical knowledge of reinforcement
Basic knowledge of Production management
basic knowledge of batch or line production system
Mould Planning & arrangement
Manpower planning & its Management
Overall production supervision
Maintain and Follow SOP and achieve production target
Minimize rejection of product & ensure standard of quality is maintained
To establish teamwork and to achieve 100% target
Provide solutions to the problems faced regularly
Monitor forklift operation for product shifting to stock yard
Ensure safety measures are followed by all
To maintain good quality as per IMS
Skills Required
i) Must possess very good interpersonal & communication skills
ii) Must have excellent presentations skills
iii) Having a good knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
