You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAUTO Vertical Job Description The job owner acts as a delegated single point of contact supporting the sales performance and business development of the AUTO vertical through the mediation of projects and concepts optimization and reporting customization The job owner is responsible for understanding and monitoring ongoing projects and activities at evaluating their relevance for AUTO and delivering the added value of initiatives This role also requires the ability to support and coordinate business operations internal processes OE forecasting and analysis of various sales related activities pipeline sales KPIs account planning etc as well as understanding and driving the vertical s daily business The job owner proactively identifies development areas in the business operation field of the vertical and aligns them with capabilities and deliverables to fill potential gaps and help the vertical achieve its targets and goals Requirements Strong collaboration with vertical lead BO head and BO team Strong collaboration with tribes visibility on relevant SVC activities Understand and support the daily operation business goals and challenges of the vertical Collaboration with sales force account sales expert sales Pipeline analysis OE forecasting OE rView management calculation presentation and approval of rView with the vertical BO team SAC tool updates Measures management participate in measure definition follow up and track progress analyze risks and update in the SAC tool Gameplan management define Gameplan deals based on the actual pipeline review discuss and approve with the assigned sales force update Gameplan tracker by deadline Propose monitor and track key deals Monitor and deliver AUTO relevant DDS offerings Monitor and deliver AUTO relevant OSR offerings Monitor training mentoring and coaching needs of the sales force and participate in creating and delivering aligned training Prepare workshops and compile documentation Campus Measure management introduction or changes in business operations new directives or processes Prepare documentation for meetings V1 growth meeting commercial board Prepare documentation for senior customer meetings Support account planning Maintain and update the vertical s Teams channel Sellex monitoring and tracking including FTE changes Access and use PFS tool monitor CCM status KPI and target management define risks use early warning indicators Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self driven proactive attitude ability to identify improvement areas Time management and prioritization Ability to understand business processes and strategy Fast learning TSI Force SAC FC knowledge Project management skills
