Job Description
Working alongside our operational team the Decarbonisation Project Manager will support in the planning coordination and execution of retrofit projects. This role involves ensuring projects meet deadlines staying within budget and adhering to industry regulations. The Decarbonisation Manager will focus on assessments designs and integration of new systems or equipment into existing structures ensuring they meet modern standards for energy efficiency sustainability and safety.
- Communicate regularly with clients stakeholders and upper management to understand project requirements and provide progress updates.
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and project documentation including contracts timelines and risk assessments.
- Ensure all retrofit projects maintain the highest quality standards and performance expectations.
- Provide technical guidance on various retrofit system inline with company ESG goals and Best practice.
- Liaise with Clients to obtain funding through Government schemes.
- Involvement in bids.
Qualifications :
- Desirable Level 5 Retrofit coordination or similar
- Construction based NVQ 3 and above
- Minimum of 5 years retrofit experience
- Strong knowledge of PAS2030/35 is essential
