Job Description: UI Designer 26 Years Exp Ideal Candidate 26 years of UI design experience with experience in UCD (User Centered Design) A solid grasp of Usercentered design Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Good understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design. Be willing to help teammates share knowledge and experience with them and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Nice to have: Experience with Frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js. Building interface for Lowcode platforms like Appian Microsoft Power platform Service now. Conduct usability testing Tasks and responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions. Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch Figma Adobe XD Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs. Stay updated with the latest UI design trends and technologies. Work closely with UX designers developers and other team members. 25 years of professional UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Skills/ Knowledge Adaptability Aesthetic sense Communication collaboration and teamwork Understanding of Design thinking & problemsolving Holistic view and attention to detail Creative and analytical skill Understanding of colour theory and visual design principles Nice to have: Experience working on automation projects and be familiar with BPM (Business Process Management) platforms. Good understanding of AI tools for design.
