Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead RF Design Engineering to join our innovative team in Stuart United States. In this pivotal role you will lead a group of talented RF engineers driving the development of cuttingedge wireless communication systems and RF solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of RF design engineers
- Oversee the design development and optimization of RF circuits and systems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate RF solutions into larger systems
- Manage project timelines resources and deliverables to ensure ontime completion
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in RF and wireless communications
- Conduct technical reviews and approve design documentation
- Troubleshoot complex RF issues and provide innovative solutions
- Contribute to the development of RF design standards and best practices
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in RF design processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 7 years of experience in RF design engineering with 3 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of RF circuit design including amplifiers filters and mixers
- Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. HFSS CST) and circuit simulation software (e.g. ADS AWR)
- Strong understanding of wireless communication standards (e.g. 5G WiFi Bluetooth)
- Experience with PCB design software and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in managing complex RF projects from concept to production
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot intricate RF issues
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of developing team members
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
- Experience with antenna design and RF frontend components is highly desirable
