Job Description
As we are growing rapidly we are recruiting a Merchant Services Associate to support our restaurant and retail partners and ensure the best possible partnership along their journey with Wolt. You will act as a key communicator between our operations team and partners in order to ensure optimal success. As well as defining and shaping our partner support to take it to new heights. The role is based in Zagreb.
What youll be doing
- Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates.
- Supporting restaurant and retail partners with potential issues and questions about Wolt app and system via email and phone.
- Ensuring our portfolio of restaurant and retail venues reaches the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
- Responsible for developing our restaurant and retail partners and growing their business through the use of performance metrics.
- Responsible for ensuring that the platform is always up to date with text and visuals that accurately reflect the Wolt brand.
- Helping our restaurant and retail teams in any other urgent cases.
- Sharing best practices amongst the restaurant and retail teams.
Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal skills you will be working with a lot of different people and restaurant & retail partners.
- Experience in customer support account management or administration is a plus.
- Structured detailed and serviceoriented.
- Selfstarter and a passion for food.
- Fluency in Croatian and ability to work in English
