Our client is a fastgrowing company in the technology industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and implement processes regulations policies templates and HR management documents that align with the companys development direction.
Plan and execute effective recruitment strategies to enhance the companys employer brand image.
Carry out compensation and benefits (C&B) functions address internal issues and maintain a positive work environment that supports employee development.
Lead train and support 12 members of the HR team ensuring progress and quality of work.

Preference for candidates with experience in developing HR systems.
Leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Dynamic ambitious and possess a strong work ethic.
