Job Overview
As an S/4 Support Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP S/4HANA system. You will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and possess excellent problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
Perform testing and documentation for enhancements upgrades and patches.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
Create documentation to support endusers in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
Stay uptodate with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
