Job Description
- As a data analyst at BGSV/BDO you will be responsible for translating business requirement into actionable insights via understanding designing and helping our stakeholders understand and leverage their data for maximum impact. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless data flow analyze data and present findings in clearly and compellingly. The duties include but not limited to:
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide datadriven solutions. Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure data projects align with business goals.
- Data integration: Collaborate with data engineers data scientists and other team members to ensure smooth data flow and integration. This includes overseeing data pipelines maintaining data quality and facilitating data accessibility.
- Data analysis: Conduct indepth data analysis using exploratory and advanced analytics techniques to identify trends patterns and actionable insights. Utilize your finding to drive business decisions.
- Insights presentation: Effectively communicate complex data insights to nontechnical audiences. Develop clear and compelling report and visualizations using BI tools.
- Dashboard development: design and maintain interactive dashboards to support realtime decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Explore and learn new technologies for creative business problem solving.
- Project Management for IT Application New development/Rollout:
- Lead and manage the deployment of IT applications across BGSV.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of applications.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications :
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Technical skill: advanced Excel SQL.
- Visualization tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as power BI Tableau etc.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical methods to solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data insights clearly and engagingly for nontechnical audiences.
- Problemsolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Nice to have: other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation
