Job Description
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Husk Vietnam Husk Singapore and the branch accounting; financial managerial & statutory reporting in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS and provision the supervision of finance compliance with Group Finance Policy.
Hisher responsibilities include maintaining the daily operation of finance team implementing the control procedures to ensure the financial data accuracy and compliance with local authority regulations and group finance policy timely and accurately reporting the financial performance with insight analysis and recommendations timely and properly support the audit due diligence process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning implementing and supervising the companys financial strategy.
- Managing the company chart of accounts inventories customers vendors master data.
- Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives.
- Handling the companys transactions debts and doing cash flow forecasting.
- Properly preparing and archiving accounting documents.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data.
- Performing monthly and annually financial management and statutory reporting of Husk Vietnam.
- Supervising the agent to perform monthly and annually the statutory reporting of Husk Singapore and the branch.
- Performing the companys financial audits.
- Making recommendations to business stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting
- VAS IFRS expert.
- Experience in using Odoo is an advantage.
- At least 7 years in similar position.
