Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement tailored NetSuite solutions that align with business
strategies and optimize workflows across various business functions.
Lead the technical architecture and development efforts for NetSuite
projects ensuring scalability performance and integration with other
systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather both functional and technical
requirements analyze business processes and provide strategic insights
into NetSuite functionalities.
Oversee system integrations with other platforms and applications
ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
Guide and mentor development teams ensuring adherence to best
practices in coding testing and deployment.
Conduct code reviews performance optimization and troubleshooting of
complex issues within NetSuite.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional
documentation including architecture diagrams integration specifications
and user guides.
Stay uptodate with the latest NetSuite enhancements and industry
trends recommending innovative solutions to improve system capabilities
and business processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a
related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role with a focus on
NetSuite architecture and implementation. (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on
both functional and technical NetSuite architecture and implementation.
(Required)
Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP including strong knowledge of
SuiteScript SuiteTalk SuiteFlow SuiteCloud development SuiteAnalytics
Connect and functional modules (such as Finance Inventory Sales CRM).
(Required)
Extensive experience with system integration techniques data migration
and API development. (Required)
Strong understanding of business processes related to finance inventory
sales and customer relationship management across multiple verticals
such as Manufacturing and Retail/Distribution. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide crossfunctional teams
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering
both technical and functional solutions to complex business challenges.
NetSuite certification on SuiteFoundation and SuiteCloud Developer is a
must.
Other NetSuite certifications (e.g. NetSuite ERP Consultant Financial
User) are highly desired.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability
to convey complex technical and functional concepts to nontechnical
stakeholders.
