Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join the team we are a leading NetSuite strategic ERP consulting firm. We empower growing companies using the worlds #1 cloudbased ERP system to eliminate waste increase transparency reengineer their cloud infrastructure and successfully navigate their expansion. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from coordinating internal projects to managing communications and preparing presentations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys contributing to a teams success.

Schedule:
  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 AM 01:00 PM Eastern Time

Job Responsibilities:
  • Task Management: Proactively follow up on internally assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and keep team members informed of progress.
  • Communication Management: Efficiently respond to emails manage correspondence and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally.
  • Document Preparation: Create and edit professional presentations in PowerPoint ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meeting Support: Take accurate and concise meeting minutes distribute them to attendees and follow up on action items.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative support as needed including but not limited to: scheduling meetings managing calendars preparing reports handling mail (digitally) and other adhoc tasks.


Requirements

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and maintain meticulous records.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word is also required.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work performed.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.
  • Positive Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to work with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
