Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- assist in resolving administrative concerns
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Process Business Licenses and other LGU permits application and renewal
- Manage the daytoday operations of facilities to ensure a safe clean and well maintained environment
- Work closely with housekeeping and guards and support the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Process the new hired company credentials and access
- Perform and assist on ad hoc task
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Experience: 1year and above
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Exceptional customer services skills over the phone and in person
- Knowledge of office management and system and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Power Point Outlook in Particular)
