Purpose of Role
This Senior Solution Executive (SSE) is key to supporting other team members complete all Client related project work. The role drives the daytoday completion of various administration and coordination activities within client projects including liaison with the client and suppliers checking quality dealing with queries and changes and assisting in managing the project plan to the required deadline and quality standards under the direction of more Senior Team members. Generally selfsufficient in client project administration reporting and communication tasks. The Senior Solution Executive will be involved in keeping the client updated.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
Directly liaises with clients / suppliers / internal teams as required to get various components of a project completed on time with support from Senior team members
Presents project components/interactions with Clients
Acts as internal central point
Prepares clientfacing material as directed by Senior team members
Builds rapport with a subset of contacts within the client account
Ensures any Project plan updates are well documented and available for meetings as scheduled
Present Project plans or part thereof for small Client
Escalates any high gradient Client related matters to a more senior team member
Maintains excellent client relationships is a secondary point of contact for the Client but primary for the internal team
Responds quickly as requested by Senior Team members when there are immediate tasks or communications that need to be developed within a client account/or problems solved
Works with more Senior team members to answer client project questions during status meetings
Seek support from Senior team members for more complex Client interactions
Managing day to day client relationships building strong working relationships with the client team while managing project updates key deliverables and project milestones to ensure all aspects of the project flow smoothly
Completes client updates with little supervision
Client Project Management
Polishes project plans and presentations for clients at the direction of and with support from Senior team members
Manages project updates key deliverables and project milestones to ensure all aspects of the project flow smoothly in alignment with requests from more Senior team members
Uses most functions of Project systems/ processes / platforms consistently without a lot of supervision
Works with internal functions to ensure highquality deliverables with minimal rework
Liaise with Project Managers and other internal team members to ensure material required for Client projects is ready in plenty of time and to the required standard
Escalate concerns about delay or quality to Senior Team members
Troubleshoot project aspects as directed by Senior Team members
Helps Senior Team members with LOCs on project overviews
Completes administration of project updates key deliverables and project milestones to ensure all aspects of the project are well documented
Completes notes at the end of each Client meeting and distributes approved notes to the approved audience
Ensures Client tracking and MLA up to date
Works with PM to ensure the internal process works smoothly helps implement changes to administration/process as directed by Senior team members
Ensures MLR comments are extracted and acted upon by various team members
Uses basic functions of Project systems/processes/platforms consistently without a lot of supervision
Supporting the execution of all aspects of the client project including ensuring all work is fully briefed signed off and documented as required
Working as a project management assistant to ensure our multichannel solutions are delivered to client needs
Working with internal functions to ensure high quality deliverables within budgets Managing material approvals and referencing (via systems such as ZINC/VEEVA)
Flagging potential project issues as they arise and proactively suggesting potential solutions to ensure smooth running of the client project
Budgeting and profitability
Support Senior team members with financial administration such as creating budgets and updating financial trackers
Ensures all numeric data associated with projects for self and others is correctly entered into CMAP and any other platforms/spreadsheets with little supervision
Supports other more Senior team members to complete more billable hours
Highlights scope creep when additional client funding is needed
Responsible for project profitability flags (risks for delivering under target)
Chases POs from clients
Supporting with financial administration such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Monitors and provides feedback re profitability
Ensures own billable utilisation target is met
Business Development
Works with more Senior team members to coordinate RFP responses gather material for pitches create draft pitch decks with little supervision
Proactively identifies potential opportunities within client projects for Atlantis Health to grow the account and suggest these to account lead
Product / Solution Knowledge
Understands core set of AH solution suite
Can present and advise on OTI with support from Senior team members

Acts as a role model and may be a buddy for SEs
Provides ad hoc support for AE during Onboarding and Client Orientation
Demonstrate various platform use to new AE
Acts as an internal coordination point for Client project queries and acts responsible to solve issues and escalate higher gradient ones
Owns delegated tasks from senior team members and completes promptly to a high standard

Leads the administration associated with various Client projects with limited guidance of more senior team members
