Job Description

insightsoftware is looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to join one of our EMEA presales teams.

You will:

 Perform and demonstrate insightsoftware solutions to prospective customers

 Create and enhance live and recorded demo content

 Support the sales team and their development of positive and effective relationships with prospective clients and internal departments to ensure prospective client expectations are exceeded.

 Make sure that Salesforce is filled properly by all the team and will provide statistics on key figures

 Travel up to 30%.


Qualifications :

 Extensive experience in Planning & Budgeting as part of Enterprise performance Management (EPM) is the number one requirement

 Previous enterprise level experience as a Solutions Engineer or handson as a FP&A manager.

 Prior experience with financial software Statutory Consolidation and/or Disclosure Management would be a plus

 Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Accounting Economics or Business Administration.

 Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations.

 Proven ability to understand and address prospective client objections.

 Strong ability to match product functionality to the prospects business needs.

 Demonstrate integrity trustworthiness and good judgment.

Technical Skills:

 Understand Planning and financial and monthend reporting requirements

 Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning from a functional perspective

 Familiarity with advanced Excel capabilities and functions

 Previous experience with the insightsoftware suite of products would be a plus

Role Based Competencies:

 Strong presentation skills

French or German language skills would be highly beneficial but not essential

 Strong teamwork skills.

 Strong enthusiasm.

 Strong ability to demonstrate and persuade using influencing skills and relating to prospective customers in a consultative manner.

 Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with prospects/clients.

 Partner with the Sales team through answering prospect technical & functional software questions.

 Perform discovery calls on prospective clients to thoroughly and accurately understand their challenges.

 Keep current on new product functionality and its proper use.

 Deliver relevant and pertinent demonstrations of all insightsoftware based on prospect needs.

 Assist with completion and review of requests for proposal and information (RFPs and RFIs).

 Provide and review insightsoftware best practices use case scenarios and prospective client stories both internally and externally to assist prospective clients with expanded use of application functionality.

 Educate prospects and clients through webinars onsite training presentations and trials.

 Prepare and deliver effective custom demonstrations using prospect data.

 Provide coverage education and application expertise by attending client/prospect roundtables conferences and other events.

 Document relevant activities in Salesforce and other tools as assigned.

 Other duties as assigned.
