Job Description
Shift: 3rd shift supervisor (9:30 PM 6:30 AM)
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities through Safety Quality and Delivery.
- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure that production targets are met
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Provide constructive feedback on performance and hold team members accountable for their contributions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas for process enhancements.
- Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team fostering a collaborative environment.
- Skill set to address and resolve conflicts within the team effectively.
- Excellent Communicator who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment.
- Strong skills in making timely and effective decisions based on available information.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Degree or equivalent work related experience.
