Job Description

The Striving Empire a global modest lifestyle brand is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our small but ambitious team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing principles and tools.
  • 35 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Experience managing a team assigning tasks and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to oversee multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Ability to QA marketing deliverables and ensure brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience building relationships with influencers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to relay information between departments and coach employees.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management best practices.
  • Ability to craft compelling content and drive engagement.
  • Familiarity with event planning for sales fairs and conferences in Nigeria
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.


Core Duties:

  • Develop a comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic and boost sales
  • Monitor the development and execution of marketing campaigns as well as the related processes to ensure they are in line with overall company strategy
  • Assign tasks to individual members of the department
  • QA all marketing deliverables and ensure campaigns are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and longterm business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes content and lead generation
  • Identify and arrange participation at relevant sales fairs and conferences
  • Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
  • Coach employees companywide on content creation best practices
  • Supervise subordinate employees within department


Supplemental Duties:

  • Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Relay information between upper management and department employees
  • Oversee customer service provided via social media.
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Craft engaging content
