The Striving Empire a global modest lifestyle brand is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our small but ambitious team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing principles and tools.
- 35 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Experience managing a team assigning tasks and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Exceptional organizational skills to oversee multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to QA marketing deliverables and ensure brand consistency.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience building relationships with influencers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to relay information between departments and coach employees.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management best practices.
- Ability to craft compelling content and drive engagement.
- Familiarity with event planning for sales fairs and conferences in Nigeria
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.
Core Duties:
- Develop a comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic and boost sales
- Monitor the development and execution of marketing campaigns as well as the related processes to ensure they are in line with overall company strategy
- Assign tasks to individual members of the department
- QA all marketing deliverables and ensure campaigns are completed on schedule and within budget
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and longterm business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes content and lead generation
- Identify and arrange participation at relevant sales fairs and conferences
- Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
- Coach employees companywide on content creation best practices
- Supervise subordinate employees within department
Supplemental Duties:
- Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Relay information between upper management and department employees
- Oversee customer service provided via social media.
