Job Description
1. (VoIP Development Support)
Candidate Responsibility
-
Design and development for VoIP service in ONTsHome devices
-
Support and maintenance
-
Deliverables
-
Feature development
-
Bug fixing
-
New feature
-
Unit testing
-
Functional testing
2. (Voice Development)
-
Strong development debugging understanding on C C in multi process threaded environment with following skills
-
Strong understanding on VoIPSIPH248 T38 SIP over TCP VoLTE voice qualityQoS DSP Voice codecs RTPRTCP RFC2833 and Management protocols OMCI TR098TR104
-
Good Understanding RJ11 Zinterface specs
-
Well versed with debugging tools like SIPP Wireshark Valgrid SIPP Tool Valgrind Memory Profiling Tool GDB
-
Understanding different SoC Architecture including 32 bit 64bit and respective tool chains and able to collaborate with different Vendors to make the solution up and running
-
Strong understanding on Linux IPC techniques user space and kernel space deep understanding and good understanding on network architecture is preferred
-
Understanding of IPV4IPV6 addressing and TCPIP and basic understanding of L2L3 routing
-
Working on GPON technologies is added advantage
3. (Voice Test)
-
Experience in VoIP related product testing FTTx Access gateway softswitch or IMS
-
Strong technical background of VoIP related protocols such as SIP H248 T38 RTP etc Familiar with voice test instrument such abacus faxmodem
-
Core knowledge in IMS VoLTE VoIP SIP Testing domain voice qualityQoS DSP Voice codecs RTPRTCP RFC2833 and Management protocols OMCI TR098TR104
-
Good Understanding RJ11 Zinterface specs

Hands of Experience in Testing Traffic Simulation Tools SpirentVoice Testing tool
-
Exposure to Test Automation hands on experience in automation development in Python Shell and automation frame work like Robot Selenium
-
Strong Knowledge in Testing Concepts Methodologies Test Strategy Test Plan
-
Analytical skills and problemsolving aptitude
-
Understanding of IPV4IPV6 addressing and TCPIP and basic understanding of L2 L3 routing
-
Working on GPON technologies is added advantage
Education
Bachelor or above (Telecommunication Electronic Engineering Computer Science or related major preferred)
